"Product management for a forex broker looking to establish itself in UK / EMEA."

Project Scope: 
Asian based forex / cfd broker was looking to increase awareness of its FCA regulated entity. Strategic product development and marketing would be needed to differentiate the business from its competitors.

What We Did:
Creating a product that would be enticing to active traders was important. Market research / analysis demonstrated that a global trading competition was a positive strategy. To amplify the reach, we decided to sponsor Everton Football Club in the English Premier League, and create a series of television commercials. Several players and former players took part in the commercials including Wayne Rooney,  Jordan Pickford, Morgan Schneiderlin, Cenk Tosun, Graeme Sharp, Yannick Bolasie.

Outcome: 
Project was awarded Global Finance Magazine "Global Finance Innovator" award The project edged out well known brands, such as Kayak, Octopus Energy and Waldorf Astoria Hotels to win the "First Time Sponsor" award at the UK Sponsorship Awards.

Project Scope: 
UK based startup needed to identify and analyse specific data which would be integrated into their SaaS product. 

What We Did: 
Developed data strategies to boost productivity and managed all stakeholder relationships.

Outcome: 
Successfully integrated over 50,000 data points.

Project Scope: 
Research and development of a trading analytics platform aimed at the retail traders. 

What We Did: 
Researched and created all trading strategies and managed data integration.

Outcome: 
Over 200 unique trading strategies were integrated into the software.
